What is a caries?
Caries is the most common oral disease. It consists of the destruction of enamel and dentin, due to the acidic waste produced by the bacteria in the mouth (streptococcus mutans and lactobacillus acidphilus) when processing the remains of food that remain attached to the teeth “especially sugar”.
We remove all the dental tissue that is colonized by said bacteria, which usually has a dark color, an unpleasant smell and a soft consistency.
Once the intervention is completed, fill the cavity with a filling, if it is small, or reconstruct if more than ONE THIRD of the tooth has been lost. For this we use a resin paste with a mineral filler called COMPOSITE of nano particles and maximum adhesion that hardens adopting the properties of it.
